Community Food Pantry

Our Community Food Pantry Program is a crucial resource for families in need, providing essential food and supplies each month to children, women, men, seniors, and everyone facing food insecurity. Located at 2040 N Rio Grande Ave, Orlando, FL 32804, our pantry operates by appointment only, but we warmly welcome all new clients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM to sign up for our program.

Need Food Assistance

Mobile Food Distribution

In addition to our regular pantry hours, we host a monthly mobile food distribution at various locations across Orange County, bringing nutritious food directly to communities with limited resources or transportation.

Donation Drop-Off Site

Donate your gently used items at our location: 2040 N Rio Grande Ave, Orlando. We accept clothes, furniture, baby formula, diapers, mattresses, and all other essentials to help support families in need. Drop off Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Thrift Store

The One Heart Thrift Store is more than just a place to shop—it’s a source of support that strengthens our community and fuels our mission. The Thrift Store is open every Saturday 8AM-2PM and invites everyone to shop, donate, and be part of something bigger. Every purchase and donation directly supports our programs, helping us provide food, resources, and hope to families in need throughout Orlando.

Founded by Stephanie Bowman 16 years ago, One Heart for Women & Children stands as a testament to the transformative power of hope. Stephanie's personal journey, from facing homelessness with her daughters to celebrating 25 years of sobriety, fuels her unwavering determination to make a difference. Today, One Heart serves as one of the largest food pantries in all of Orlando and Orange County, offering vital food assistance, outreach events, thrift store and many more programs to help our neighbors in need. Our organization stands as a symbol of resilience and compassion, committed to uplifting and empowering individuals and families. Through our array of programs, we strive to foster positive change and create a brighter future for all.
