Welcome to One Heart for Women and Children in Orlando! We are an appointment-based drive-up community food pantry in Orlando, Florida.

At One Heart, our food selection changes daily based on availability, ensuring freshness and variety for all. Each portion is tailored for a family, including a diverse range of fresh produce, meat, eggs, milk, pantry items, and more—all quality-checked and ready to be served. Through our food partnerships, we're able to bring the best quality food right back to the community. New clients, will be registered starting at 12 PM- 4 PM. For those who already have an appointment, we will ask you to come back on your designated day. As an equal-serve organization, we strive to assist to all in need, but we reserve the right to respectfully deny service if necessary.

  • Visit Us: Come to our pantry any day from Monday to Friday, except on Wednesdays. We are open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

    Receive Food: When you arrive, you'll be able to receive food on your very first visit.

    Register for an Appointment: During your visit, you will also need to register for a future appointment. Our staff will help you with the registration process.

  • Yes, after you have been initially signed up and have filled out an additional form to been permitted due to any circumstances. Sheets must be filled out or who can pick up your food to ensure we are fair to all.

  • Please come the next time you are available Monday- Friday NOT Wednesday at your same appointment time and notify us when you arrive if you missed your appointment time.

  • We are an equal serving opportunity. If you need food we will help.

  • Please be patient with us. As we are located near a residential area we do our best to keep the streets moving so please circle and wait for the next available spot and don’t disrupt the flow of traffic.

Monthly Mobile Food Distributions

In addition, One Heart for Women and Children hosts monthly mobile food distributions on the 3rd Wednesday, bringing essential supplies directly to areas in need around Orlando. We always welcome volunteers to join us in making a difference. Whether you're driving up or walking in, everyone is welcome to receive food and support.   • Mobile food distributions occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at various locations around Orlando. To find out the exact location each month, please sign up for our updates or reach out to us at info@helponeheart.org.

  • Anyone in need of food assistance is welcome at our mobile distributions. Both drive-up and walk-up clients are welcome to receive food and support, no questions asked.

  • To improve your chances of receiving food, it's recommended to arrive early. Many people begin lining up 2+ hours in advance. We distribute food on a first-come, first-served basis, and each car is given a number to ensure an orderly process. Food is distributed until supplies run out, so arriving early helps guarantee you’ll be served.

  • No appointment is necessary to receive food at our mobile distribution events. You will be registered on the day of the event in numerical order as you arrive, ensuring a smooth and organized process. Just show up, and we'll take care of the rest!
